Swimming time

On Saturday we went swimming at one of Rob's many friends. The girls has a blast and so did we. With the girls are Joey and Jason.

Mandy always likes to say "cheez" for pictures and that day was no different.

Well Rachel learned to swim that day. She went off the diving board and slide then would swim to me under water. We are soooooo proud! She does like her goggles to help her though.
God has truly blessed us with many family and friend who love us. For that we are truly thankful!

Mandy's lipstick!

Well as you can see Mandy found Mommy's lipstick. It was oilbased and didn't come off! We had something special that night and boy was that interesting! We also had church the next morning.

I ruined her tooth brush to clean her teeth and then scrubbed hard, but to no avail.

She is definately my cantackeroud one!

Rachel's last day of school

Today was such a neat day. It was Rachel's last day of school at Regent and we were so blessed. She did so well this year! She had wonderful reports from her teacher saying that she is more than ready to move up this fall. She has learned to read and write which she LOVES! Today we celebrated with her class with a cake and lots of hugs. We also celebrated with Mammie, Pepe' and Mimi. We all had a wonderful time. Here are some pics to see how are day was.

My 3 girls. It is hard to believe that I will be 31 next month, married for 11 years in Sept and have 3 kids already. Somedays it seems like I am still 16. Wow where does the time go?
Our little Mandaroo. She refused to look at me! But cute none the less.

My little Brookalee! One of her best I think. At least she looked at me!

Rachel in her uniform. She is just getting so big!

This was Mandy throwing a fit when Mammie started holding Brooke instead of her. "POUT"

This is Rachel with Mrs. Michaels Rachel's teacher this year.

Rachel's class. They only had 5 this year which was truly wonderful!!!!!

Tribute to Papa

Well the Lord took Papa home on Monday morning at 1am. He was in no pain and was asleep while it happened.

Mimi was in bed upstairs at the hospital and had to be told, but God was just ready for him. That has been our fervent prayer though that he drift in his sleep while painfree.

Mimi said that he looked younger and had a small smile on his lips while looking up!

I will never forget what a blessing that man was to myself and so many people. He loved and gave much. I think he would have given just about anything to Sarah and myself not to mention our kids.

I can remember several times that he opened a can of coke and he maybe got 1-2 sips before we would drink it all! He NEVER said a word. He was very patient unless it was the time while as an infant pooped in his hand and noone could come and help because they were all laughing so hard!

Our favorite thing to do was to go down the street to the "candy store". One of the many times we went as we were checking out Papa realized that he didn't have any cash with him. So we had to go back home and then we never let him forget again.

Another fond memory was him teaching me to drive. He had a Chevy S-10 pickup just my size and we would go up and down "many" times his street. I am sure he dreaded when I would say just "one" more time hehehe. It usually was 10-15!

When I turend 16 he gave that truck to me which was true to his nature. I loved that little truck and it broke my heart the day I had to sell it. With 2 kids and 1 more on the way there was just no way, but oh the memories will live on.

One of the things he loved to do was to hear the kids sing to him. He would always ask for more even when they didn't know more. They would climb up into his lap and cuddle and make sure they always said I love you Papa and give kisses. They also loved to scare him. While he would be asleep in his chair they would come up beside him and "yell boo"! He would then act sooooo scared that it made them laugh all the harder.

He will be truly missed and if you think about it please pray for our family as we enter yet another phase of our lives.

Here are just some pics of his last few months one is with baby Sam, Sarah's youngest! Enjoy

Happy Birthday Rob!

Today is Rob's birthday. He is 39!!! This year has been fun, stressful, enjoyable and loving. Having him the "same age" now as my grandma who will forever be 39.

If you can, please send him a note or e mail saying happy Birthday!

Bath fun!

BATH TIME!

Bath time at our house is quite the event. We love bubbles, shampoo, fights, laughter and many splashes.

This specific time they were playing with bubbles on Mandy's head. She just had such a great time! I think that this is Mandy's favorite time. Especially with the girls. They love to entertain her and cuddle with her.

I think that she has become a favorite toy for them. I have to constantly remind them that she is alive and can feel pain when they are rough.

Thanks for praying for our beautiful and clean little girls!
